Restaurateur John Gorham, chef/owner of Portland, Oregon’s celebrated Toro Bravo, Tasty n Sons, Tasty n Alder, Mediterranean Exploration Company (MEC), Pollo Bravo, Shalom Y'all, and more is taking his show on the road. For one night only on Wednesday November 30th, Chef John and his amazing team will take over the kitchen at Bacchanal, serving the classic tapas dishes that Portland diners have come to love.
