Feudi Di San Gregorio Aglianico DOC – 100% Aglianico
    Established in 1986 in Campania, Italiy.  Its unique terroir includes eruptions from Mount Vesuvius that has laden the sanstone and soil with mineral rich deposites of volcanic ash.  The grape Aglianico was cultivated by the Phoenicians, exported by the Greeks, consumed by the Romans, protected by popes and coveted as a blending agent during the phylloxera plague, “Aglianico is probably the grape with the longest consumer history of all.”

Castello Banfi Rosso Di Montalcino – 100% Sangiovese
    Castello Banfi is a family-owned vineyard estate and winery located in the Brunello region of Tuscany.  Castello Banfi is a constellation of single vineyards encompassing over three dozen varying subsoils.  The estate is renowned for its clonal research that allows noble grape varieties to thrive in their optimal terroir, creating not only a consistently outstanding Brunello, but the ultimate expression of Montalcino Super Tuscans

Anselmi San Vencenzo – 80% Garganega 10% Chardonnay 10% Sauvignon Blanc
    San Vincenzo is grown in the Monteforte area within the Veneto region of northern Italy. Vines are planted on 110 acres of volcanic tuff and limestone and are trained using the horizontal spurred cordon method. These grapes are 100% estate grown on his grandparents vineyards he has bought back over the last several decades.
