Bacchanal Lead Pastry Cook Job Description
Bacchanal is seeking an experienced lead pastry cook to support the Pastry chef daily in a very busy, fast paced kitchen that supplies Bacchanal, The Elysian Bar and Bacchanal Catering with bread, pastries and desserts.
The Lead Pastry Cook should have at least two years experience and have knowledge of mixing and baking cookies, muffins, scones, custards, laminated doughs, and breads.
This position must be able to work alone and also as part of a greater team. Great communication and organization skills a must!
This is a full time position that must have open availability and be able to work early mornings. Valid Driver's license preferred as there are some small delivery duties.
