Dishwasher

Our hard working dishwashers don't get to hide in the back of the kitchen.  They work diligently with the Food Runners and Line Cooks to supply them with all the tools they need so our guests can enjoy their night of deconstructed service to the utmost potential. This very versatile position helps bus tables and prep as well as assist on the cheese station or any where there may be a hole to fill. This very physical position must be able to follow directions and focus in a busy, fast paced environment all the while exhibiting a warm and friendly demeanor.

~At least 2 years restaurant experience required.

~Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and 30 lbs over your headstand as well as stand on feet for long periods of time and move up and down stairs with a full tray in fluctuating temperatures. (we go outside summer and winter, rain or shine) 

~Available nights, weekends and Holidays.

~All cooks must have at least 2 years fine dining experience with hotline & grill experience required.

~Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and stand on feet for long periods of time.

~Available nights, weekends and Holidays.

Compensation

Hourly plus tips (TBD on experience)
