DINING AREA Manager
Bacchanal is looking for an energetic and friendly Dining Area Manager to handle the daily operations of food service and dining area preparation. Although we are a limited service eatery, we take hospitality very seriously and expect our staff to have a genuine love of people and this industry.
Bacchanal is structured unlike any restaurant or bar and our front-house management is equally unique. Our staff must be inventive and adaptable, especially our managers. With so much outdoor space, we must also be willing to get a little dirty.
The ideal candidate will have a serious passion for wine culture and al fresco dining. A natural leader, they are capable of managing a large team with kindness, respect and accountability. The person in this position radiates warmth and hospitality while leading the largest contingent of our staff during daily set-up, service, and breakdown.

SENSE OF HUMOR!
Must be able to work on your feet for long hours, reach, bend & stretch, easily navigate stairs and lift carry up to 50 lbs.
Knowledge of MICROS both front and back office
Proficient in Microsoft Office, (specifically spreadsheets) Google Docs
Knowledge of social media outlets a plus!
5 years minimum experience in the food-service industry
2 years minimum experience in front-of-house management
Salary TBD depending on experience
