Bacchanal Yard

Bacchanal is looking for an energetic and friendly Dining Area Manager to handle the daily operations of food service and dining area preparation. Although we are a limited service eatery, we take hospitality very seriously and expect our staff to have a genuine love of people and this industry.

Bacchanal is structured unlike any restaurant or bar and our front-house management is equally unique. Our staff must be inventive and adaptable, especially our managers. With so much outdoor space, we must also be willing to get a little dirty.

The ideal candidate will have a serious passion for wine culture and al fresco dining. A natural leader, they are capable of managing a large team with kindness, respect and accountability. The person in this position radiates warmth and hospitality while leading the largest contingent of our staff during daily set-up, service, and breakdown.

  • Must be able to work on your feet for long hours, reach, bend & stretch, easily navigate stairs and lift carry up to 50 lbs.

  • Knowledge of MICROS both front and back office

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, (specifically spreadsheets) Google Docs

  • Knowledge of social media outlets a plus!


5 years minimum experience in the food-service industry

2 years minimum experience in front-of-house management


Salary TBD depending on experience
