Do you take reservations?

We do not take reservations nor do we hold tables for large parties. We do not have the capability to save tables as it is first come first served and seat yourself. However, once you find your table, we will not ask you to move or leave a table unless you move it in to an area it doesn't belong.

Do you do private parties?

Monday-Thursday from 11am-4pm, we will rent out the upstairs back room for a private party. Otherwise, we have parties all the time, they just aren't private. If you have 30 or more people planning on coming, we appreciate a call or email to give us a heads up but we cannot hold any space for your party.

Do you do rent out the courtyard or close for private events?

We never want someone to come to our door and find that we are closed for a private event. We are closed only 3 days a year: Fat Tuesday, Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day. What days are we open? 7 days a week, 362 days a year, rain or shine!

How do you get a table?

Tables are first come first served and seat yourself. There are standing areas in the back corner of the courtyard and up on the balcony.  We also suggest making friends and sharing tables if there are available spots.  That is the Bacchanal way!

When do you have music?

We have music every day from noon-3pm and 7:30pm-10:30pm and a third band on Friday from 5-7pm an, Saturday & Sunday from 4-7pm. Details on the musicians playing are available on the music page of our website.  http://www.bacchanalwine.com/bacchanalmusic/

When do you serve food?

We serve our regular menu every day starting at 11am. We have a weekly sandwich special til 4pm every day.  You can find our menu on the menu portion of our website. http://www.bacchanalwine.com/menu-marquee/

Monday-Thursday until 5pm you may order food in the wine room if you are sitting outside and in the bar if you are sitting upstairs.

We serve food from Sun-Thurs til 11pm and Friday & Saturday til Midnight.

Can we bring a cake?

Yes!  We allow you to bring in your own cake without a cake fee if you provide your own plates, silverware and cutting utensil.  Otherwise we may charge up to a $20 Cake fee.

How strict is your 21 and over policy?

Strict.  We are licensed by the state as a bar not a restaurant so we are not legally allowed to admit children in to our establishment.  That includes toddlers, babies in strollers and children with their parents.

I don't have my ID but...?

If you look under 30, please make sure you bring your State or Federally issued ID. We card everybody. If you do not have your ID and you look anywhere near 30 or under, we will not allow you in to the establishment.

What ID is acceptable?

Driver's licenses or other state photo identity cards issued by Department of Motor Vehicles (or equivalent)

Do you allow Dogs in the courtyard?

Unfortunately, we cannot allow any animals, other than service animals, on to the property.

What do you do when it rains? When it's cold? When it's hot?

Fortunately, we are prepared for all weather! We have a wonderful 2nd floor that is completely inside so we can continue the party even when it rains. We have 16 gas heaters outside to create a cozy courtyard for when it's cold and fans to move the air in the middle of summer.

Do you only serve wine?

We not only have a vast array of wine by the bottle and glass both in the wine room, up in the bar & in our B Bar, but we also serve a concise selection of beer, are able to custom build you non alcoholic beverages and fully craft cocktails in our upstairs bar. The bar opens at noon every day.

Do you charge a corkage fee?

Yes. If you bring a bottle of wine from outside, we charge a $20 corkage fee.
