Twice named World Champion Beer, Fuller’s ESB is one of the most decorated ales of its time. A winner born and brewed, it’s a strong, full-bodied ale that has delighted drinkers for decades with its smooth, mellow bitterness and superbly satisfying finish.
SMITHWICK'S IRISH RED
Clean and delicate with hints of caramel, biscuit and campfire smoke. Ruby red colour. It takes a special beer to win the La Monde gold medal seven times. But then Smithwick's has been winning awards since 1892 (first prize in Dublin's Rotunda Exhibition of Brewers and Distillers) and our trophy cabinet continues to grow.
Einbecker Brewery, founded back in 1378, has produced a good bit of beer in their time. Maibock is their specialty. Although Bock is generally associated with Bavaria, it actually originated right there in Einbeck, a historically important brewing city in the heart of Germany. The beer is brilliantly bronzed amber on the pour. The aromatic sweet and toasty nose is freshened by a whiff of grassy noble hops. Medium on the palate, with a full range of classically clean, balanced flavor of spicy malt, and firm hoppy bitterness.
